"Designed to Birth A “Wholistic” Guide for Mothers in Pregnancy, Labor & Postpartum" is a course developed to help mothers to thrive in pregnancy, labor, postpartum. With the lens of a Christian worldview, I help you to live into the way God has designed mothers for birthing through spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical well being in birthing.  There are a total of six modules in this course (and one bonus!) along with a full list of resources.  Each module will have an accompanying video(s) as the main portion of the teaching (online video access included in the EBooklet).  This e-book will help you to walk through and reflect on the things that you learn in each video of the course.
